Financing Options
 Most cosmetic procedures may be financed. The IAS works closely with Care Credit and Capital One to offer you a choice when financing your procedure. Please contact on of our patient coordinators for more details.

Payment
We accept cash, check, MC, Visa, Amex, Discover, and offer financing through Capital One and Care Credit.
Insurance
Insurance is only excepted in exceptional circumstances.

Check In
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork, and to begin your visit with relaxing hot tea or coffee. |
Cancellation
All appointments must be confirmed with a valid credit card. To avoid cancellation charges, please observe our 48-hour notice cancellation policy.
Initial Consultation Cancellation within 48-hour and “no shows” will be subject
to full charges of the initial consultation fee.
Major Procedure Cancellation within seven days of a scheduled appointment will be
subject to 50 percent of the surgical hold deposit.
Office Procedure Cancellation within 48-hour and “no shows” will be subject to
the 50 percent deposit initially charged.
Botox® and Filler Consultation
Initial Appointment Cancellation within 48-hour and “no shows” will subject to
full charges of the initial consultation fee.
Subsequent Appointment Cancellation within 48-hour and “no shows” will be
subject to a $150 non-refundable fee.
