Cantera Spa Policies Quiet, Please The Institute of Aesthetic Surgery is dedicated to providing a place that is relaxing and therapeutic. Please turn your cell phones and pagers off. Check In We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to complete any necessary paperwork, and to begin your spa service with relaxing hot tea or coffee.

Cancellation

All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. To avoid cancellation charges, please observe our 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Cancellations and “no shows” will be subject to a charge equal to 50 percent of the scheduled service cost

Age Requirements

Please note that spa guests must be at least eighteen years of age. Guests younger than eighteen years of age must have written approval by a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy

For your convenience during spa treatments that require the removal of clothing a spa robe, gown, and slippers will be provided. Please communicate any discomfort to your technician. Respectful draping techniques will be used at all times.

Product Returns and Exchanges The Institute of Aesthetic Surgery will gladly accept all returns within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.

Gratuities

A gratuity is neither expected nor encouraged, and will not be accepted.
