It has been six months since I had my tummy tuck, and I just wanted to tell you how wonderful this whole experience has been for me. After having 3 children and losing all my baby weight, I was left with a healthy, thin body and a sagging stomach that just would not go away no matter how many sit-ups I did. After speaking with Lori and Dr. Sigalove, I decided that this was something I had to do – I was tired of people thinking I was pregnant because I always had this bulge of skin as well as split abdominal muscles. I could not be happier with the results!!! The recovery was actually so much easier than I thought it would be, and my stomach looks awesome! I can wear cute fitted tops again, and my stomach just saw daylight for the first time in 9 years! Dr. Sigalove and his staff are amazing! March 12, 2008 is a date I will never forget.  This is the day that Dr. Sigalove performed my breast reduction surgery and I became a new person.  I am so extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery.  Dr. Sigalove and his staff answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease.  The recovery from this surgery was easier than I thought it would be.  The pain pump was wonderful and I did not have to use any other pain medication during my recovery.  I have dreamed about having this surgery for more years than I care to remember.  Dr. Sigalove made this dream come true.  I would definately recommend this surgery to anyone that is thinking about it and highly recommend Dr. Sigalove 1 million times over.

Dr. Steven Sigalove performed breast reduction surgery on me this past July and it is one of the nicest things I have ever done for myself. I had suffered from constant neck and upper back pain for several years before seeing Dr. Sigalove about this problem. Dr. Sigalove went over every detail of the surgery and recovery period and explained it to my complete satisfaction. Dr. Sigalove is very professional and knowledgeable about the surgeries he performs. He is also very kind and very approachable.  He made me feel like all of my questions were important and I didn’t feel stupid asking them.  I felt very prepared and very excited about what was going to happen.  When I awoke from my surgery, I felt instant relief from the pulling sensation that had been with me every day for so long.  The pain pump was wonderful, and I needed very little additional pain medication during my recovery. My breasts are now symmetrical, and up where they belong.  I could not be happier with my results.  I often describe the post surgical sensation as having the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders.

I’ve had the best time shopping for clothes following my surgery, as smaller, even breasts allow for so many more clothing options.  Before my surgery, I had to wear mostly stretch type shirts that allowed for large breasts and a smaller waist. Now I can wear things that I couldn’t even dream about wearing before the surgery. I can even go braless if the style demands it; something I could have never done before my surgery.  I used to have to wear a bra to bed before the surgery as it was more comfortable.   I finally feel pretty again thanks to you Dr. Sigalove!!

Thinking Breast Augmentation

I decided to have the surgery after having two children because of the fact that I was very small breasted and they were uneven. I was a full A cup on one side with a B cup on the other.

I am incredibly satisfied with my breasts and my decision to choose Dr. Sigalove. I am now a 34C. My incisions were submammary and are much smaller than I expected. I was relieved that they are not noticeable at all. While my breasts sat high at first, they have since dropped and feel like a natural part of "me." What I most wanted was for others to notice that I looked great, not that I had breast implants--and with Dr. Sigalove I achieved that. I greatly appreciate his honesty, integrity, and skill. I would definitely do it all over again. I am very pleased with the results.

I would definitely recommend this procedure and Dr. Steven Sigalove to anyone who is even remotely thinking about it.

I believe a mistake that women often make is assuming that the results of breast augmentation will be the same in all circumstances. I think choice of plastic surgeon is crucial. Different plastic surgeons will produce different results. If you are not particular enough when you choose your plastic surgeon, if you go for the lowest price rather than the highest quality, or do not do enough research about your options, then you set yourself up for disappointment. Also, it is necessary to ask questions and be completely honest about your desires and expectations. I want to let everyone know how incredibly happy I am with the results of my breast implant surgery.

Abdominoplasty Testimonial

It has been 8 weeks since my abdominoplasty operation, and I feel great physically and mentally. I had the operation because I had lost 50 pounds and my stomach looked terrible.  I was so nervous to have the operation, but Dr. Sigalove and his staff couldn’t have been more professional.

They explained everything I would go through before, during and after my operation.  After my operation, I was sent home with a pain pump that was attached to my stomach area.  While at home, I never took one pain pill orally.  The pain pump worked for 4 days.

Dr. Sigalove did a beautiful job.  He really takes pride in his work.  I love the way I feel in my clothes.  It is so much fun to go shopping now and be able to buy anything.
I have so much confidence in my self now.

Breast Augmentation Testimonial

Dear Dr. Sigalove,

I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the results of my breast augmentation surgery!  As you know, I had previously consulted a woman plastic surgeon regarding this surgery; she spent roughly ten minutes with me and when I left I knew very little about the procedure or what to expect.  I was apprehensive about meeting with you, since I tend to hesitate in asking a lot of questions.  During our consultation you immediately put me at ease, and went over the procedure very thoroughly.  Not only did you explain the procedure itself, but our discussion of what size implant to use showed you were much attuned to my personal vision of what the end result should look like.  When I was younger I was never bothered by the size of my breasts, even though I was just a “B” cup.  After I had nursed two children, however, the resulting sagginess really started to affect how I felt about my appearance.  I couldn’t even fill out the smallest cup size, without the help of my “boob cutlets”.  When I wore a swimming suit, I had to be careful if I leaned a certain way, since I couldn’t fill up the top; if I didn’t pay attention I could inadvertently flash someone!  When we talked about what size I wanted to be, you understood that I was looking for a natural, womanly figure without being overdone.  The size implant you recommended has resulted in my now wearing a 34C bra, which is perfect in proportion to the rest of my figure.  I can’t tell you how many people have commented that the size looks great and very natural!! 

I also wanted to let you know what a great asset Lori was for me during this process.  She was always available to answer any questions I might have, and gave me excellent advice relating to the post-surgical care.  What was especially helpful was the fact that she herself has had the same surgery, so her explanation of what to expect had some additional insights than the printed literature on breast augmentation.

The follow up care you’ve provided has been exceptional!  From the phone calls you made to my home the day after surgery, to the appointments at the office, it was evident that my recovery was important to you.  Not only that, but the excitement you showed about doing my surgery helped me overcome any nervousness I had about having the surgery.  Thanks again for every-
